Client Experience Representative -HBF
## Description
Primary Purpose: Respond to all customer and sales representatives inquiries.
* Communicate with customers, dealers, designers and salespersons in assigned territory via telephone, e-mail and fax.
* Review orders for correct specifications; review office layouts; work with dealers and sales reps
* Reviews orders for order entry, verify orders, make changes to orders. Enters orders.
* Adjusts and prepares commissions for payment.
* Maintain files for project registrations and special discounting
* Follows up with dealers and sales representatives on suspense and credit hold orders.
* Works closely with scheduling for shipment information.
* Checks delivery information and traces shipments to locate missing furniture.
* Process custom quote requests and maintain file
* Communicates with customers and sales reps concerning quality issues; works with manufacturing, supply chain management, and freight lines for resolution
* Types return authorizations, credit requests, and parts orders
* Maintain Sundry File; issue all sundry credits and debits
* Do Return Audits; inspection of returned products
* Work closely with credit department to get invoices paid in full
* Process drawings for approved requests.
* Assemble job files- custom and engineered to order products
* Type bills of lading and labels as needed
* Operates office equipment such as typewriter, mainframe computer, fax, and telephone
* Reads detailed drawings, diagrams and charts to obtain needed information.
* Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
* Maintains a neat and orderly work area.
* Wears all required PPE; works safely at all times and reports unsafe conditions to Supervisor
## Requirements
Qualifications and or experience required:
* Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training in customer service/furniture manufacturing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills / Knowledge Required:
Communication Skills- Ability to effectively present information, both orally and written, and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.
Mathematical Skills- Ability to calculate amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
Reasoning Ability- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
