RESPONSIBILITIES:


The Records Management Clerk will assist the Records Management Team with Constellis Records Management projects. Main tasks will be to prepare hardcopy business records for storage by boxing up hard copy files, inventory the contents of each box, complete excel inventory spreadsheets, adhere labels to boxes, and assist with movement of boxes.



+ Review/inventory the contents of boxes for business records.


+ Utilize a high level of knowledge in the operation of computers, scanners, printers and other technology, as needed in support Records Management initiatives and operations.


+ Assist in Document Storage Facility with movement of boxes of business records.


+ Maintains confidentiality of all personnel information and business records.


+ Other duties as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS:



+ High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree, or above, preferred.


+ At least two years of Document Control or Records Management experience preferred.


+ Intermediate to advance level knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint applications is required with the ability to learn new software systems in a timely manner.


+ OnBase experience a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS:


Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. May also be exposed to fumes in a warehouse type environment. Business work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, however, some extended or weekend hours may be required.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:


May be required to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
